Over $7000 was raised at the Chili Cook-Off!!!!!!!!!!! That translates into roughly 16 spay surgeries for roaming dogs through CanFix, 20 fully vaccinated/vet checked/made healthy and adopted puppies and kittens, a half dozen mama and papa dogs and cats rescued/spayed/vetted adopted, and heck let’s even throw in a couple of heartworm dogs being treated/allowed to live thanks to treatment funds now available. From the bottom of our hearts – THANK-YOU CHILI NIGHT!!  Be sure to check out and support all the business and restaurants that helped make this night happen!  They are all listed below and we cannot thank them enough for their support of this great cause!

We have now successfully altered 56 dogs as of the end of February and are in the process of lining up the spay parade for March.  We did 27 dogs last year so we are well on course to eclipse that in 2012!  That’s a lot of puppies prevented!  Way to go team!
